I hope everyone had a good weekend…I have to tell you what I made. I blogged about wanting to make these chocolate chip cookies STUFFED with oreo cookies the other week and the perfect opportunity came up this weekend! I had a lovely and much needed girls night and what is better than pj’s and huge cookies (yes, I’m a thirty-year-old who still has slumber parties…:)? I found the recipe at Becky Bakes (via Picky Plate). They were so easy to make…a little tricky when actually putting the dough around the oreo cookie, but it was easy once you got the hang of it.
